Why I’m thankful I joined — beyond the money
I have always loved writing. It was the first job I remember really wanting to grow up to have. My first-grade teacher will still tell you that she remembers how many stories I wrote and how surprising my vocabulary was for a 6-year-old. My high school English teacher compared me to Virginia Woolf — the highest praise imaginable from her.
