Sometimes Twitter is Delightful

A refreshingly sweet story

I spend a lot of time on Twitter. Partly because I’m a certified social media strategist and sometimes have to be there for clients. Partly to do professional networking. Partly because I’m a Millennial who is low-key addicted to socials. Partly because I’m active in politics and it’s both a place to get news and bitch about politics with those who form the bubble I run in. And sometimes, because of gems like this thread that hit my feed today.

I live in St. Louis, Missouri, and one of our local attractions is Grant’s Farm. It’s a former home and plantation for the family behind Budweiser beer. They still have some of the iconic Clydesdales, forever associated with the brand, on the grounds.

They also have a beer garden and a variety of animal exhibits, which are generally quite interactive. The best-known of these is the goat enclosure, where you can actually enter and hang out with a bunch of baby goats. They have food for you to hand feed them. My nephew loved to lay down with them in a big cuddly pile when he was a toddler.
